w4lyf Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the w4lyf platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and any associated services — you ("the Player" or "User") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as w4lyf's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the w4lyf platform and close any account you may hold. Continued use of w4lyf following notification of changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Access to and use of w4lyf is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online gambling and casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from w4lyf or any other gambling platform under a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of w4lyf or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering an account or placing wagers.

w4lyf reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by w4lyf may result in account suspension, withdrawal holds, or permanent termination of the account. Any winnings generated by an underage player are void and will not be paid out under any circumstances.

To access w4lyf's full range of casino games, sports betting markets, and financial services, you must create a registered account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, current, and truthful.

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active w4lyf account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through the use of other persons' information — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w4lyf login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• KYC Verification: w4lyf is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, or driver's licence) and proof of address when requested.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your registered account information if any details change, particularly your mobile number linked to GCash, Maya, or other registered payment methods.
• Non-Transferability: w4lyf accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits, bonuses, or winnings to any other person.

w4lyf reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the registration involves fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the w4lyf platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Verified accounts submitting GCash or Maya withdrawal requests can generally expect processing within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

w4lyf offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses awarded by w4lyf are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible, verified w4lyf accounts only. Players who hold multiple accounts, have previously abused promotional offers, or are suspected of bonus fraud will be disqualified from all promotional activities.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated free spins or free bet credits expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the player's account balance without compensation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the w4lyf platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to create an account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or system component — any winnings resulting from exploitation of such errors are void.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or any head-to-head format.
• Using the w4lyf platform to launder money or conduct any other activity that contravenes the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act or related legislation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.
• Accessing the platform using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the w4lyf platform or adversely affects the experience of other players.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any w4lyf software or game engine.

All content, materials, and intellectual property available on the w4lyf platform — including but not limited to the w4lyf brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, databases, and promotional materials — are the exclusive property of w4lyf or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the w4lyf platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or publicly display any w4lyf content without prior written authorisation from w4lyf.

Game content available on w4lyf, including JILI, Pragmatic Play, and other third-party titles, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to separate licensing arrangements between those providers and w4lyf.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, w4lyf, its directors, officers, employees, agents, game providers, and payment partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the w4lyf platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform caused by technical failures, maintenance periods, or events beyond w4lyf's reasonable control.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your w4lyf account where such access was facilitated by your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, Philippine banking network issues, or regulatory holds.
• Any inaccuracy in game results caused by third-party RNG or game engine malfunctions — subject to the outcome being verified by the relevant game provider.
• Financial losses resulting from your participation in games or sports betting — all gambling activity on w4lyf carries inherent financial risk, and you participate at your own risk at all times.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit w4lyf's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by Philippine law.

w4lyf reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account — and to withhold or void any associated funds or winnings — at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player's account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• w4lyf is required to do so in order to comply with applicable Philippine law, a PAGCOR directive, or an order from a competent court or regulatory authority.
• The player engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward w4lyf staff or other players.
• The player's account shows activity inconsistent with personal recreational use — including patterns indicative of professional betting syndicates or arbitrage operations.

Upon account termination for legitimate reasons not involving player misconduct, any verified, non-bonus balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to applicable verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

w4lyf operates in the Philippines in alignment with guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the national authority responsible for regulating gaming activities within the country.
