The w4lyf platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online gambling and casino-style gaming. w4lyf does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data relating to individuals under the age of 21.

All prospective players are required to provide proof of age during the KYC verification process. Where w4lyf discovers or has reason to believe that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a minor, the account will be immediately suspended, all associated transactions voided, and any funds held in the account forfeited without recourse.
